I went to anytime at night at like 12.30ish and it was pretty empty, felt good to be able to use whatever equipment I wanted without needing to wait for someone else to finish. Still can't do dips for shit though.
Biceps:
Standing Barbell Curl: 5 x 25kg
Incline Dumbbell Curl: 5 x 10kg
Hammer Curl: 5 x 12.5kg
Overhead Cable Curl: 5 x 18kg
Then, like the genius I am, I went again. at 6.30 with Di. With 3 hours of sleep. NOT THE SMARTEST IDEA IN THE WORLD.
Chest:
Bench Press: 4 x 65 + 1 x 55
Incline Dumbbell Bench: 1 x 40 + 1 x 45 + 1 x 50 + 2 x 55 (was feeling really sore until I got warmed up)
Cable Flys: 5 x 30lb
Chest Press: 5 x 30kg
Terrible lifts, but hey my biceps were DEAD.
Had pizza for breakfast today and then went to sleep, not the smartest idea, woke up with an ungodly feeling in my mouth and my nose bleeding for the second time that day T_T.
SOOOO LAZY TODAY (plus I'm working a lot tonight D: ) so I'm just gonna finish my pizza and have a ton of veggies, and then go and do some cardio at the gym. I'm not going to lift 3 times in one day, but my calories are a bit high so I need to go do some running / HIIT biking.

Protein 35.5%
Fat 60.4%
I need to make sure I keep up cardio, because the closer I get to a decent weight, the harder it'll get to lose anything.
Also, and I don't think this is my mind playing tricks on me. I THINK I can see my lower 2 abs finally coming out. HEY GUYS, I'VE NEVER SEEN YOU HERE BEFORE. WELCOME.
Will post 1 week progress photo after gym sesh tonight!

Days 3-5
NOOO I HAVEN'T POSTED IN 3 DAYS. I'M A TERRIBLE BLOGGER. :(.
Tardiness aside, here were my ratios and calories for each day:
Day 3: - I had wayy too little calories this day, but I felt a little off from being sick the day before, couldn't eat much at all, just tried to throw in as much protein as possible
Day 4: - Just under 2,000 carbs for this day, 2k is my max allowable when I don't work out on that day, still puts me in a deficit calorically (hopefully)
Day 5: - I went to gym on this day with Jo and Jacky so I let myself spill over a little on the calories but with the workout I put in it should have made up for the extra 200 calories. The main reason I was so far over on this day was I had so much damn protein, I needed some fats, I probably should've been more careful.
Unfortunately due to circumstance I couldn't gym on either days 3 & 4, mainly because when I got up on day three my arms felt like they would fall off from just moving them, and even my back was in an atrocious state, it was just solely from bench as well.
Both times I went into Anytime to sign up there was a screw up, either the staff were out, or they'd just got off work so it was preeeetty damn annoying :(.
Lifts wise: Day 5:
Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 5 x 22kg
Machine Shoulder Press - 5 x 32kg
Barbell Upright Rows - 3 x 35kg + 2 x 40kg
Dead lift Machine Shrugs - 5 x 120kg
Deltoid Flys - 4 x 59kg + 1 x 66kg
Standing Military Press - 4 x 45kg
I know this is short but I gotta keep myself on track with my blog rather than be behind all the time due to spending way too long on each post

Day 2 - Back to Gym
I think little kids have caught onto my eating plan, because for whatever reason my little brother came home today and offered me a coca-cola zombie chew, a flavour I love, but for whatever reason isn't stocked at my local corner store. One of my year 3 students also forced a small mars bar onto me, followed by "you'd better eat it!"
Decided I'm going to quit my membership at Crunch and move on over to Anytime because of my erratic schedule. Sometimes I feel like going in for a late night gym sesh and I have to contend with the fact that crunch is always packed to the roof with people. Checked out the anytime locally and although its kinda small it was a lot less crowded than crunch had been when I left after my workout.
In regards to lifts I think I'll do 5 x 5 sets from now on, just keep my old regime up, although I'll only work out one muscle group each time I gym for the first week or so, kinda want to ease into it.
Calories: 1242
Those were my macros for today. The protein is a little too high, I was more worried about my carbs, and I had too little calories I'm sure. For now I think I'll maintain a 1.8k-2k calorie count and then see how I go from there.
Lifts wise I'm a bit lower (as expected, since I haven't gone to the gym for 8+ weeks).
Barbell Bench - 5 x 65kg
Dumbbell Bench - 2 x 55lb + 3 x 50lb
Dumbbell Chest Flyes - 5 x 25lb
Machine Chest Press - 5 x 35kg
Machine Tricep Extensions - 5 x 25kg
Barbell Close Grip Bench - 5 x 55kg
Couldn't finish my tricep work out because I needed to get ready for work, and the gym was ridiculously packed. Plus I was sore as fuck as soon as I finished chest > >.
Also just realised that fasting finishes next Thursday, not tomorrow, read the calender wrong :(. Ah well I'll survive another week.
I love how ridiculous the lighting is at the gym. At 80kgs now, that water weight.

Day 1 - Lets Do This
Browsing r/keto again for the first time in ages and I'm suddenly motivated (again).
Whenever I visit that sub I always seem to run into this picture, mirin' the transformation hard. 1(2?) more days till fasting is over and I think I'll start ketoing while I get back into gym.
Even after eating like shit during my exams as well as while I've been fasting, I still weigh 81 kgs, fuck yeah.

Every time I've ever lost motivation this picture gets me back up practically 50% of the time. I was so much skinnier back then its amazing. A wild Guess for my weight then is like 75 kgs I'd always averaged 72kgs during high school even as young as 14 (being the 5'10" lanky kid I was back then) and put on weight once the HSC had finished. I swear, looking back, I don't see it. Although the next photo probably shines some light on it.
If I remember correctly this was when I was 13ish? Back then I would've been close to 5'6" or 5'7" and I distinctly remember being at, or around 63-64kgs. Guess the weight has always been in my legs?
I haven't gone to the gym in months, life always gets in the way. At least that is what my excuse always is. I've been putting off getting back into gym with so many trivial reasons.
Regardless, what is done is done and I'll have to live with the annoyance that I haven't done this sooner, or that it has taken me so many attempts, but this time for sure I'm going to meet my goals.
I've always read that it is good to have achievable goals written down, something that you can't change and something that is absolute, so here they are, immortalised in the perfect colour that is pink.
Hopefully I'm going to meet those goals in the near future, one thing is sure though: I'm going to keep this blog up because enough is enough. No more bs. No more crap.
To get this thing started, here are my starting pictures, hopefully by the time this blog is fully rolling there's going to be some visible change :D
The photo of my back is an older photo, but its recent enough for me to warrant placing it here.
I spent way too long working on this entry, probably because I'm excited, and probably because it seems that whenever I'm learning new things about html, vb, c or any other type of coding I lose track of time in my attempt to solve my coding problems. /FirstWorldNerdProblems
Here's to the next few months of gyming, sleeping, eating healthy, friends and study, here's hoping they're fruitful.

- I'm too tired
- my sleeping patterns are too erratic
- it's such a hassle going to the gym without my car
- gym closes too early (10pm)
- I just got back from work
- I need to plan my day
- I need to start on a Monday or my routine won't work
- I haven't gone for ages, my lifts are going to suck

1. Get a six pack - Unfortunately genes were slightly more favourable for my brother and I've never really been at the bf% where more than my top 4 show
2 .Dunk again - I did it once, I can do it again. My guess was that my old running vertical used to be about 34-35" (considering my reach is about 83" and I could get a good hand above the rim if not more - I'll remeasure some time)
3.Run a mile in less than 5:43. Why 5:43? Because I ran a mile in that time when I was 15.

Note: Anyone reading this that thinks my code is a little inefficient can bugger off, I'm not very good with CSS xD
